Yea to me I was able to utilize the concert in more ways. Like play death metal, palm mutes, crank some black metal. beta... pretty much have to stick to some hardcore/doom/lowslow

Concert Leads were 200 watts at 2 ohms. Roughly 150-160 at 4 ohms.

my concert bass is currently a paper weight.

power amps fuuuucked.

so now do I turn it into a pre amp? rehouse in some bullhit class D amp? sell as is?

If it still turns on, the pre-amp out jack on the back should feed a power amp a signal. Try it, post results. Though Concerts are a lot easier to fix than Betas. My buddy's Concert Bass had a pretty fucked power amp (saw way too of a speaker load for wayyyy too long) but $15 in parts and a bench fee later it's running fine now.

Awesome. Wish I had a chance to jump on that amp but I'm still in SoCal till next month. Ugh, really want a Beta now because my last two were broken... Wanna trade for a MIG-50?
