yeezy, that's looking like more than the US price by a bit. Is that before taxes?
i don't know what my issue with this thing is - it sounds really good to me, but I just can't get myself to pay that ask it's rare enough that it doesn't really seem to go on sale or get sold used much. ah well, I ain't in a hurry....

well unless you are really picky: it's essentially a 2-stage phaser. You could snatch a cheap phase 45 or 201 phasor then kill the dry signal. There probably is a way to ad a depth control. You may have to remove the feedback if any. I dont know if this at all would sound anything like a magnatone but this is hypothetical. I use a setting like that on my empress phaser alot, I like it alot, dont know if it is authentic but it sound cool
imagine finding out your son is your daughter & she's into noise music
yeah, that would def get you close - the Whetstone (which I paid not much more than $100 for) basically sounds that way when set up along the lines you're talking. It's more about the size/simplicity along with straightforward good tone with the Surfyvibe, which is probs why I don't want to pay that much for it - it's not like it's a tone that's new to me, so spending 2 bills for one seems extravagant....

$50 shipped. mint
unplugged use also might prove a more humane way to take up violin (at least from the perspective of yer loved ones)
i put it in my watch list and they sent me an offer of $40 shipped.
yeah - that is a quick sale price should sell quick
ol' Richard' also has some pretty nice quick sale pricing on an Amdek DMK-100 and a Maxon DD-02, among others
the flanger in that Yammie sale group should sound pretty pretty good if it sounds anything like the one he's got runnin' in his DD-02 demo.
