It is! The neo instruments Ventilator is said to be even cooler, but the BOSS RT-20 is just the right thing for its price. I don't know how a real vintage Univibe sounds, so I cannot say if Mode 4 is really a good Univibe simulation, but the Leslie sounds are ace. I love to use it on stage and the audience is always satisfied. At gigs people regularly tell me that the combination of my organ and the pedal is just how they like the typical Hammond sound.
The model on that Univibe is the same IIRC as the GT-100/001 etc and is quite solid - Roland's shared around a ton of the COSM models this generation.
I've played Ye Olde Ones and while there's a certain vibe that the clunky monsters have (as well as a tone-suck that can't go away!), the current emulations are 98% or better.

My pedalboard costs approximately 191 Metal Zones.
Yeah that Vortex orbits patch is awesome, it's very distinct. That's been my main shit for Leslie stuff but I'd like something with more hands on spontaneous control. I'm curious about the vibe setting but I have another pedal that I like for that so it's more like a bonus. Is the mode with the Marshall amp useful?
I haven't picked up this one yet, BUT I had an Excelsior Pro, with upgraded speaker and fancy color, a couple of years ago and I loved that amp. Sounded good with pedals and sounded awesome when it started to break up, either by boosting IT or cranking it.
