That is the perfect description Ghost Hip! Great track behndy. It is like a snes era soundtrack fed through a fuzzy trip hop machine. Which is a good thing obviously.

Re: Can we talk about modular synths?
Just got a QPAS in today.
First impressions:
The resonance has a strong character that makes it sound, well, like a QPAS. However the filter as a whole does audio-rate FM really well. The !¡ inputs in particular take it into more interesting territory. Cool formant tones when throwing a sequenced oscillator into them. I'll probably keep it parked next to Mimeophon for obvious reasons. It's nice having a stereo chain in just two modules.

Re: Can we talk about modular synths?
Cool! I've mimicked the effect using Sewastopol and Disting for pitch tracking which was wonky and pretty fun. This ... Probably does a better job

Re: Can we talk about modular synths?
thanks gurrrrrL!
lol. yeah. i spent a bit of time with layout and trying to cable things clean to give Touchy Times Room.
ugh. bummed and excited as hell about the Bubblesound Hex's. got them in, they are PERFECT. exactly the setup i want for Main Use Of Oscs, and a smaller space and less cabling than i expected. buuuuut..... the VCA showed up built... weird. when i put it in a row, the bottom of the PCB touches the rail, pushes the panel up so it is not even close to correctly alligned. lol. i mean. it's like a quarter inch too high. but. that does nooooot work.
dooder i got it from (Joe at Midwest Modular, he's the bessssst) tried one he had in stock with a bunch of cases, was fine, i'm sending this back and getting that one. awesome customer service, just... want to use it. NOW.
i'm SPOILED.
got that RML in and the Sonicsmith Converter+. WOOT.

Re: Can we talk about modular synths?
I just dropped coin on the needed modules to build out the below 42 hp groove-box. Everything should be here by the end of next week and then I will jam very hard --> infinity.
