You've got to be into electric guitar, and aware of all aspects of tone, and signal processing - with a good knowledge of the effects pedal field. So that's you!
But you've got to live in London.
And you've got to have a working knowledge of electronics - formally or informally learned. No-one will be considered without this!
Duties would be extremely varied, and include all kinds of manufacturing and office work, including PCB assembly and soldering, pedal assembly and final product quality control testing and packing... Basically all the day-to-day aspects of producing top-quality stompboxes. You may be folding a lot of cardboard boxes, working on developing unique audio devices, building pedals for international shipments, ordering bubble-wrap....Playing guitar would probably only be about five percent of the job.
You would need excellent close-up vision, and a good eye for detail - able to spot dry joints or wrongly inserted parts.
It's a dream job for someone who wants to work with audio equipment, or to get valuable experience in the MI field, maybe eventually to start their own business doing this.
