I was looking at their blog and the last entry was 2015?

Anti-nautilus is still my celebrity fantasy lover in pedal form.

My recollection is that it was a hobby for him, and then it got too stressful given how many people wanted them.

Cloudscapes still posts here every few months.
I think he's just busy with life.

He's posted two modular devices he's built recently on facebook.

Dude doesn't sell to anyone hardly. I'd almost rather his stuff never be posted here. No offense, but it's not obtainable so why talk about it?

He hasn't been on here since August, his blog hasn't been updated in a year.


I mean, I get the want, but at what point do you just give up on a builder.

I'd rather focus on dudes that actually sell stuff personally.

I just don't get why this topic continues to come up. It's clear that he's not interested in selling like a normal builder, so why not look at other stuff? That's what I'm saying.

i think he's just a very talented/creative dude who is into DIY and creating tools for himself. then some people wanted them so he sold some stuff and then probably decided that path was not one he wanted to pursue since he has a day job he likes and enjoys building/engineering/etc for personal enjoyment. maybe?

Yeah, that's what I understood too. Very nice guy too, from the few interactions I had with him in threads around here.
Not everything that people make is a product. There is a lot of value in sharing about things you make even if it's not something people can buy.

equally great interactions from the few i've had with him as well and +1 to your thoughts.

Gonna say the same thing at oscillateur and Brian here. Dude just liked making cool stuff that people were (obviously) interested in. He didn't like making things for others though so he didn't.

Loved seeing what he came up with though, those vibrato shapes he had going were really cool.
