You may be having a browser issue, as I see text for all their product pages.
As far as the sound differences, it sounds quite marginal on YouTube. The subtractive style (Sub Zero) is supposed to be thicker, but that can be embellished or diminished, depending on the signal/settings. The stock (grey) pedal uses more traditional additive flanging. The SZ used to be harder to come by. Around 2015, they only did batches 1-2 times a year, but over the last few years they've been keeping limited quantities of both stocked fairly regularly. I have a SZ, and it's nice for modulation fans. I would definitely rank it above the middle of the pack, but I wouldn't rank it over a Foxrox or a Spectre, if you're on a quest for the most exotic flange sounds under the sun.

https://www.mrblackpedals.com/blogs/str ... t-flangingAs their respective names suggest, additive (positive) flanging simply sums the modulated and static signals, while subtractive (negative) flanging subtracts the modulated signal from the static signal (or vice versa, its all the same).
