It's getting to be a little tough on the iPad 2, yeah? I was using iOS 7 on my work iPads and they're older models. We're upgrading soon. cannot wait.

I still have a first generation iPad. It runs iOS 5. You wanna see slow? Woof. I can barely browse ILF. Barely.

Likewise. Definitely need to upgrade soon, if I can stop buying gear for a couple of months.

Indeed.

I'm having trouble with the new Godflesh...it's just not right without that Strat. The 7-string is too thick and compressed. When I first heard Godflesh in the early-mid 90's my first thought was "this tone is terrible like a bad day at guitar center and yet I love everything about it"...you can't just take that away from me. I somehow learned to not only tolerate an un-ironic Strat into an HM-2 and now it's just all gone. The fizz is more tame, the chords don't ring with an oddly bright jangle like only part of the single is distorted. It's a good lesson in how an unusual guitar tone is often more desirable than a "good" tone by all of the normal metrics.
“I'm not an abstractionist. I'm not interested in the relationship of color or form or anything else. I'm interested only in expressing basic human emotions: tragedy, ecstasy, doom, and so on.”
